Information on this site is provided in good faith and may change without notice. Images and text remain the property of the company unless stated otherwise.
Quotes and orders
Quotes are valid for 14 days unless a different period is stated. Prices depend on supplier availability at the time of order. An order is confirmed once you accept the quote in writing.
Delivery
Delivery dates are agreed per order. Where a delay occurs outside our control, we notify you as soon as we are aware and confirm a revised date.
Payment
Payment terms are agreed per client. Registered institutions are normally invoiced on 30 day terms. Once-off orders may be quoted pro forma.
Returns
Goods supplied incorrectly against a written specification are replaced or credited. Report any discrepancy within seven days of delivery.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the goods or services supplied. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under South African consumer law.
